Policies

1 – 4 PASSENGERS : Cancellations must be made at least 48 HOURS prior to departure time to receive a full refund. No refund will be offered with less than 48 hours before trip.

5 – 10 PASSENGERS : Cancellations must be made at least 72 HOURS prior to departure time to receive a full refund. No refund will be offered with less than 72 hours before trip.

11 + PASSENGERS : Cancellations must be made 7 DAYS prior to departure date to receive a full refund. No refund will be offered with less than 7 days remaining before departure date.

PRIVATE CHARTERS Cancellations must be made at least 2 WEEKS prior to departure date to receive a full refund. No refund will be offered with less than 14 days remaining before departure date.

• Payment is required at time of booking for all trips.
• Personal items such as cameras, cell phones, or any other valuables brought on board are at your own risk.
• SunLight On Water reserves the right to refuse service to anyone due to health or safety reasons.

Weather policy: If the Captain determines that Ocean or weather conditions are severe enough to cancel a tour, we will do our best to reschedule you. If that is not possible you will be refunded. Fortunately Kona has the best weather in the state so that does not happen often.
